Bruce Franco
Bruce founded Thera-Connection in 1999 after years in the medical equipment field. Throughout his 20+ years running Thera-Connection he has been an exemplary provider with Medicare. Bruce has built strong ties to several insurance companies serving private insurance, Medicare and the workman's comp community and veterans.
Lauren Jones
Lauren is our sales and patient coordinator. Lauren has 15+ years of experience working with post-op orthopedic patients. You can often find her meeting with patients and providing equipment the doctor has ordered.
Julie Franco
Julie is the VP of Thera-Connection in charge of billing and collections. She has been with Thera-Connection since day one.
Leah High
Leah is our office manager. Her responsibilities include contacting patients,verifying insurance, and helping to provide equipment to the patients.
